Thank you to everyone who visited our wonderful anniversary show which celebrated 20 years of Cornwall Contemporary – we sold over 50 paintings and sculptures with work shipped to USA, Italy, Germany and across the UK. If you missed this brilliant show, you can still view it online here
Our highly anticpated David Mankin solo exhibition Odysseys is now open and can be seen in the gallery until 24th October. An interview with David can be seen on ITV Westcountry News shortly and will be posted here as soon as it has aired live on television.

David will be in the gallery this Saturday 26th September between 11am – 1pm and is looking forward to seeing you all at the launch of this extra special exhibition and the launch of his new book.
Wonderful to see David Mankin yesterday as we received the paintings for his forthcoming exhibition Odysseys which opens next week. David has been exhibiting with us for 10 years and this is his 6th solo exhibition with us. It’s been a joy to see his career soar in that time, with worldwide collectors and admirers of his work. This exhibition is set to be the best yet.

An enormous thank you to everyone who visited our 20th Anniversary exhibition, these are just a few of the many beautiful pieces that are going to new homes. We’ve sold over 50 paintings, sculptures and ceramics from the gallery and from our website and are busy sending them around the world – three to Luxembourg 🇱🇺 one to Northern Italy 🇮🇹 five to USA 🇺🇸 with others off to Northern Ireland and across the UK. Big thanks also to our wonderful artists for giving us such special work for this celebratory show – you are all amazing! There are just a couple of days left now to come and enjoy this brilliant show – it ends on Saturday 19th September.
Our eagerly anticipated solo exhibition Odysseys by David Mankin opens next week and I’m delighted to say that you can now view all the works in the exhibition on our website.
This marks David’s 6th solo show at Cornwall Contemporary and his 10th solo exhibition in twelve years and it will also be the book launch for the new publication ‘David Mankin – Language of Paint’ written by Alison Bevan, which takes a close look at David’s artistic process and offers an in depth exploration of David’s remarkable journey since he began painting.
The private view will be at Cornwall Contemporary on Saturday 26th September and David will be here between 11am – 1pm
