For twenty years I dreamt of renovating the gallery basement into a fourth floor of exhibition space dedicated to sculpture and ceramics… The six months of renovation work held so many wonderful surprises and also a lot of curveballs and challenges. But thanks to my brilliant build team and BID Penzance, the result has far exceeded all my hopes and dreams. We have created a fantastic new space filled with charm, character and which is steeped in history. It is the perfect backdrop for sculpture and ceramics and I’m thrilled that my wonderful artists now have a fourth floor to exhibit their wonderful work.
