jewellery & art books

Our jewellery designer-makers at Cornwall Contemporary include Duibhne Gough (daughter of Bren O’Casey) with her stunning handcrafted silver and semi-precious stones jewellery. Kaz Robertson – an award winning jeweller who works in resin, Fay Page who makes silver jewellery based on the shells that wash up on the beaches of her home on The Isles of Scilly, Laura Baxter’s silver, gold and formica unique pieces and the individual silver & enamel pieces by all-round talented maker Nancy Pickard. We are also delighted to offer contemporary collections of handmade jewellery by Japanese jeweller Mizuki Takahashi and a quirky and contemporary range of jewellery made from recylced plastics, eco resins and silver by Bronwen Gillim, alongside recycled beach plastic jewellery by Emma Eberlein.

We stock an extensive selection of art books and exhibition catalogues. There is a catalogue available that accompanies every exhibition at the gallery, priced at £3 (£5 inc p&p), check with us to see which catalogues are still available and which have sold out. Our art books include beautiful publications on the following artists – Neil Pinkett, Paul Lewin, Alasdair Lindsay and Ken Spooner. Ken Spooner’s book “Ignition” is also available as a special edition encased in a sculpted wooden frame and including original artworks, painted onto the pages. We also carry a selection of Sue Lewington’s highly popular watercolour series and signed copies of “Behind the Canvas – 40 artists working in Penwith”
